Mandy has been convinced (since the age of thirteen) that Ian is her soulmate. And she intends to do whatever it takes to get Ian to realize this, even if it means going head-to-head with her worst enemy, Holly Franklin.
Holly’s had it out for Mandy since day one, and for no particular reason. Holly’s just content on making Mandy’s life miserable.
But little does Mandy know, life in California might not go as she planned. She may just discover that fate has an agenda of its own.
